Low Back Pain
Low back pain can come from multiple sources. Strained or weakened postural muscles, damaged ligaments, disc bulges, nerve entrapments and improper stress and strain on the bony structures to name a few! This is where other therapies often fail as they don’t take the time to properly diagnose and treat the injured tissues.
The postural stresses of today are a new phenomenon, often referred to as “tech neck”. This is because of the positions we hold our head, neck and shoulders in when we are on our computer, smart phone, game console or tablet. This pulls us out of alignment. When this happens, we stress and strain parts of our spine which leads to pain and dysfunction.
